The world is creating more intellectual property than ever before.

Music. Film. Photography. Publishing. Gaming. Advertising. AI-generated media.

But as creation accelerates, another problem becomes more important:

How do we know exactly what an asset is, who owns it, where it came from, how it relates to other assets, and how it should be protected and monetized?

That is where Skyview Meta Intelligence comes in.

At Skyview, we are building a proprietary Intelligence Layer around intellectual property—beginning with music—that brings together metadata intelligence, digital fingerprinting, watermarking, provenance, asset relationships, rights information and commercial intelligence.

In simple terms:

We want intellectual property to be capable of identifying itself.

Technology Is Moving in This Direction

This is not theoretical.

Google’s SynthID has already been used to watermark more than 10 billion pieces of AI-generated content.

OpenAI is also using layered provenance systems involving watermarking, Content Credentials and verification.

The direction is clear:

As digital creation grows, digital identity becomes more valuable.

The Market Is Already Proving the Value

Companies solving only portions of this problem have already built substantial businesses.

Pex, focused primarily on audio identification and fingerprinting, was acquired by Vobile in 2025 for approximately HK$145 million.

Vobile, which operates across content identification, protection and monetization, generated approximately HK$2.87 billion in 2025 revenue and carried a multibillion-dollar public-market valuation.

Orfium, focused on rights identification and monetization, has reported hundreds of millions of dollars in incremental revenue generated for rights owners.

The point is not to compare Skyview’s current value to these companies.

The point is simpler:

Individual pieces of this technology stack are already extremely valuable.

Value

Skyview is being built around a broader architecture.

Fingerprinting is one layer.

Watermarking is another.

Metadata intelligence is another.

Rights intelligence is another.

Provenance is another.

Asset-family relationships are another.

Commercial intelligence is another.

Verification is another.

Each layer has independent value.

But Skyview is not being designed as eight separate applications.

We are building them as intelligence layers surrounding the same intellectual-property asset.

That is what makes the opportunity significant.

Skyview Meta Intelligence is the first implementation, but the broader Skyview Intelligence Platform is being designed as a reusable architecture capable of extending beyond music into other intellectual-property industries.

Film.

Photography.

Publishing.

Gaming.

Advertising.

Corporate media.

Archives.

AI-generated content.

The real question is therefore not simply:

What is metadata software worth?

Or:

What is fingerprinting technology worth?

The larger question is:

What is a platform worth when it can identify, understand, organize, verify, protect and help monetize intellectual property through multiple intelligence layers working together?

That is the category Skyview is building toward.

The Bigger Opportunity

Artificial intelligence will dramatically increase the amount of digital content being created.

That means more assets to identify.

More ownership to track.

More relationships to understand.

More content to authenticate.

More rights to administer.

More licensing opportunities to discover.

More intellectual property to protect.

The systems capable of making sense of all of that will become increasingly important.

At Skyview, we are not simply building another metadata application.

We are building an Intelligence Platform for intellectual property.

And Skyview Meta Intelligence is the first layer of what is coming.

Until Next Time…
