When I returned to Belize, I began interacting again with everyday government systems—Social Security, obtaining a driver’s license, law enforcement, Immigration and other public agencies.
Coming from decades of experience in the United States and a background in software engineering and systems analysis, I immediately noticed something:
The problem was not necessarily the people. The problem was often the systems.
Information was fragmented. Processes that appeared as though they should communicate with each other often did not. Citizens could spend valuable time moving between departments, repeating information and trying to understand where they were within a process.
My mind automatically went into systems mode.
Where is the data?
Why are these systems disconnected?
What can be automated?
What can be shared securely?
How can better information help both citizens and government make better decisions?
That thinking became Skyview Intelligence.

Belize First. Global by Design.
Skyview Intelligence is being developed as an interconnected suite of specialized intelligence products covering areas such as public accountability, security, education, taxation, property, energy, industry and other sectors.
And there is real evidence that Belize needs this type of digital transformation.
The Inter-American Development Bank’s current work supporting Belize’s National Digital Agenda 2025–2030 specifically identifies the integration of government information systems, evidence-based decision-making, interoperability, institutional coordination and scalable digital solutions as national priorities.
IDB — Strengthening State Effectiveness and the National Digital Agenda in Belize
The same issue exists specifically within Immigration. An IDB-supported Belize project states that its objective includes improving immigration databases and developing interoperability of key government systems.

A second Belize migration project is currently supporting further digitalization of immigration services and improvements in migrant-data collection.

So the problem Skyview is addressing is not theoretical.
It is documented.

From Individual Products to Eagle Eye
Each Skyview product is being designed to solve a specialized intelligence problem.
But they are all ultimately pointing upward toward something larger:
Skyview Eagle Eye Enterprise Intelligence.
Eagle Eye is envisioned as the command-level intelligence layer sitting above the individual Skyview applications.
Instead of a Prime Minister, Minister, CEO, agency director or other authorized executive having to request information from numerous departments and wait for separate reports, Eagle Eye is intended to bring the appropriate intelligence together into a single decision environment.
Education indicators.
Immigration activity.
Public safety.
Infrastructure.
Energy.
Property.
Economic activity.
Government performance.
Alerts, risks and emerging patterns.
The objective is simple:
Give authorized decision-makers the right information, with supporting evidence and provenance, when the decision actually needs to be made.
The individual Skyview products create specialized intelligence.
Eagle Eye sees the whole picture.

The Market Has Already Proven the Value of the Pieces
Several enormously valuable technology companies already demonstrate the commercial importance of individual parts of this concept.
Palantir, known for integrating large and complex datasets into operational intelligence systems, currently carries a market capitalization of approximately $411 billion.

ServiceNow, whose enterprise platform connects workflows, information and organizational processes, is valued at approximately $139 billion.

Snowflake, one of the world’s major cloud-data platforms, is valued at approximately $119 billion.

And Databricks, which combines data infrastructure, analytics and artificial intelligence, raised $5 billion in August 2026 at a reported $190 billion valuation.

Skyview is not claiming those valuations.
The significance is that global markets have already placed extraordinary value on companies solving pieces of the same larger problem: data integration, intelligence, automation, workflows and faster decision-making.
Skyview is approaching those problems from a different direction—building specialized intelligence products around a common architecture and ultimately allowing those systems to converge at the enterprise level through Eagle Eye.
Why This Matters
Across Latin America and the Caribbean, the IDB reports that an in-person government transaction takes approximately six hours on average, while the equivalent digital transaction takes about 40 minutes.
IDB — When Government Goes Digital, Who Gets Left Behind?
That difference represents more than inconvenience.
It represents lost productivity, government resources, transportation costs, employee hours and time citizens can never recover.
Skyview began with a very simple idea:
What can I build that helps my people first and helps government serve those people better?
Belize provides the proving ground.
The architecture is being built for the world.
Skyview Intelligence — specialized intelligence below. Eagle Eye above. Better information. Faster decisions. One clearer picture.
Until Next Time…
I Am,
