Executive Overview
OTCM_DEMO / Enterprise Content Foundation / Connected Business Context
OpenText Content Management (Extended ECM) engineering lab. This prototype models governed enterprise content connected to business processes across SAP and Microsoft 365, with records controls, workflow, federated discovery and AI-assisted content intelligence. Coverage has been expanded against OpenText Content Management (Extended ECM) CE 26.2 public product capabilities. All metrics and repository objects shown here are simulated lab data.

AI / content intelligence laboratory. Current OpenText positioning emphasizes AI grounded in governed enterprise content, permission-aware discovery, classification/enrichment and contextual assistance in business workflows.
Content Intelligence Query
The demo workspace contains three open items: one contract renewal due within 45 days, one unresolved security questionnaire, and one invoice exception awaiting procurement approval. Answers are limited to content the simulated user is authorized to access.

Official support resources for the OpenText Content Management / xECM engineering lab environment. Customer product support is routed through OpenText's support website and authenticated support portal.
OpenText Customer Support
Product and service support resources, support services, documentation pathways, and customer assistance.
Support email clarity: OpenText's public customer-support pages do not prominently publish a general customer-support email address. This lab therefore shows only official, publicly verifiable support websites, portals, phone/contact routes, and the published partner email rather than inventing an address.
Service monitor. Lab health for repository, integration, indexing, workflow and governance services.

Source Notes — Current Product Alignment
The prototype language is aligned to current OpenText public materials for OpenText Content Management (Extended ECM), including the public CE 26.2 capability baseline, Content Server APIs, Business Workspaces, Smart View/JATO UX, Intelligent Viewing, SAP integration, Microsoft 365 integration, enterprise integrations, workflow/process automation, document generation, capture/intelligent filing, records/governance, administration and Content Aviator. OpenText currently describes Content Management (Extended ECM) as a cloud-ready enterprise content management solution integrating with applications including SAP and Microsoft 365, while its AI content management materials emphasize governed content, permission-aware discovery, enrichment, contextual intelligence and AI assistance in business workflows.
Brand palette: the lab uses OpenText's published Electric Blue (#1a6aff), Cobalt Blue (#00008b), black/white neutrals and limited yellow accent. This is a Samuels Enterprises engineering lab design, not an OpenText-owned UI.
Lab Session
Session mode: simulated enterprise content management environment. Repository objects, counts, service health values, business workspaces, records, workflow states and AI responses are simulated lab data used to show architecture and operating concepts. No live customer system is represented.
Disposition Review
Policy evaluation: 2,184 records are shown as eligible for review. 47 are protected by hold and cannot proceed to disposition. This prototype models review-before-disposition behavior only; no content is deleted.
